3.       What has felt heavy, unfinished, or in need of release?

4.       What have I learned about myself recently?

5.       Where have I noticed growth, courage, patience, or resilience?

3. Name What Matters

Use the prompts below to reconnect with your values, needs, and priorities.

4. Set Your Intentions
